At G&G Interiors, where every detail matters, you’ll have the opportunity to create stunning designs for various company projects and collaborate closely with our Operations Manager and Director.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop attractive designs and layouts for a variety of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager, Director, vendors, and team members to meet project needs.
  • Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for internal reviews.
  • Create project quotes and ensure the full workflow is followed.

Requirements:

Pool Cleaner

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform routine cleaning of swimming pools (vacuuming, brushing, skimming, and tile scrubbing).
  • Test and balance pool water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.).
  • Add appropriate chemicals to maintain safe water quality.
  • Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorinators.
  • Identify and report issues like leaks, damages, or malfunctioning equipment.

G&G Interiors is looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities across our interior fit-out and construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution and full compliance with Dubai regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and coordinate all MEP site activities for interior fit-out and construction projects.
  • Review and validate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  •  Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
  • Conduct inspections and issue technical site instructions as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MEP site issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Valid Membership with the Society of Engineers – UAE
  • Minimum 4-7 years of UAE/GCC experience in MEP works, preferably in interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense requirements.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in both residential and commercial projects, with a focus on quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary fittings.
  • Install and maintain irrigation systems for landscaping projects.
  • Conduct work related to villa water tanks, swimming pools, and general plumbing in high-end residential villas.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and preventive services.
  • Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues.
  • Read and interpret plumbing drawings, blueprints, and technical plans.
  • Adhere to local safety codes and plumbing regulations.
  • Provide detailed reports on completed tasks, materials used, and job site conditions.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of work when there are no active plumbing assignments.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on plumbing experience, preferably in residential villas and irrigation systems.

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with proven UAE experience in interior fit-out and landscape projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, procurement, project estimation, and contract administration across high-end interior and outdoor developments, and must be proficient in using estimation software for projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and detailed estimates for interior and landscape works
  • Handle tendering, bid evaluation, and subcontractor procurement
  • Manage variations, claims, and final accounts
  • Monitor project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow forecasts
  • Coordinate with design, project management, and site teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (interior fit-out and/or landscape preferred)
  • Strong understanding of UAE contracts, specifications, materials and procurement practices
